Welcome to the heart of YPN Chapter 17 – our dedicated peer community leaders. These individuals exemplify the spirit of volunteerism and leadership, passionately driving our local operations forward within their respective areas of expertise. Each peer community is led by local YMCA leaders who bring a wealth of knowledge, experience, and commitment to serving their communities.

Our peer community leaders host regular meetings on a monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, or bi-annual basis (depending on the needs of the community) and share valuable insight into successful operations, Y-USA initiatives, learning opportunities, and more. Our peer community leaders spend time to ensure each meeting is valuable in driving a state-wide push towards operational excellence.
