Christine is a dedicated and mission-driven leader whose more than 30 years of service to the YMCA have made a lasting impact on both the organization and the community it serves. As Director of Operations overseeing two branches, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership, guiding staff, volunteers, and members through both everyday operations and unprecedented challenges with professionalism, compassion, and resilience. Through her leadership of initiatives such as Togetherhood and her success with the Annual Support Campaign, Christine has strengthened community partnerships, expanded access to programs, and helped ensure financial barriers do not prevent individuals and families from benefiting from the YMCA’s services.
Known for her empowering and hands-on leadership style, Christine fosters a culture where staff and volunteers feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow. She actively encourages professional development, recognizes the accomplishments of her team, and leads by example in every aspect of her work.
